Welcome to my Cathey web pages! I am interested in all the Catheys in the United States (through ca 1850 for most). My own line came from Northern Ireland to Lancaster and Chester Co, PA, Cecil Co, MD and then to Orange and Augusta Co, VA, then to Rowan Co, NC, then to Berkeley Co, SC and back into NC to Buncombe, Haywood and Jackson Counties, and into Union and Towns Co, GA:

James Cathey (c1680-1757) and Ann of N. Ireland, MD, PA, VA and Rowan Co, NC

- Andrew Cathey (c1715-c1760) of Orange Co, VA, Rowan Co, NC and SC
