Welcome to my Evans web pages! I am interested in all the Evans families in Western North Carolina through ca 1860. My line was from somewhere in South Carolina before moving to Buncombe Co, NC:

William Evans (c1813-1882) and Phoebe Graham of Buncombe, Macon and Swain Co, NC

- Darthula J. Evans (1843-1917) and John Patton Grant of Macon and Swain Co, NC

I am also interested in all other Evans families in Western North Carolina whether related to me or not (1700's through ca 1860). Check them out on my Documented Family Pages.
