George W. Hensley (c1818) of Clark Co, KYGeorge W. Hensley was born ca 1818 in VA. He had an apparent brother Nathan Hensley born ca 1832 in VA. George and Nathan were found on the 1850 Clark Co, KY census. By 1860, George's wife had died, and he was living in a Hotel. I don't know where his daughters were by 1860, but his one son John was living in Clark Co, KY in a boarding house. I didn't find Nathan in 1860. There were no Hensley's in 1840 Clark Co, KY, so they must have moved there from VA in the early 1840's. Persons researching this family:
