Welcome to my Pemberton web pages! I am interested in most of the Pemberton families in Virginia and Tennessee to some extent, but my primary interest is in my own line:

John Pemberton (1742-1813) and Elizabeth Delaney of Culpeper Co., VA and Sullivan Co., TN.

- Elizabeth Pemberton (1772-1802) and James J. George of Sullivan Co., TN.

I am also interested in other Pembertons in the region whether related to me or not (1700s through ca 1860). Check them out on my Documented Family Pages.

There is currently no Pemberton DNA study. Perhaps someone will start one some day.
