Welcome
to my South Carolina Information pages! I hope you find something of
interest here. My primary goal is to provide a little bit of centralized
information that should be of interest to those doing genealogical research
in this state. There are many other pages on the internet that attempt to do
the same, and many of them are really good pages.
I was born in South Carolina, but moved away
while just a few months old.
There are numerous South Carolina
Genealogy Resources on the Internet. Several helpful links are included on
the links page. I have several pages of my own that should be useful,
including a table of all South Carolina counties (including those no longer
extant), showing when they were formed, and so forth. Many of these Counties
have pages of their own with additional information and links. All pages
have, where applicable, links to published books that can be purchased
online.
