!NOTES:DNA testing shows that I am related to many descendants of Meshack Johnson. This means that he is a relative of mine. I do not think he is my ancestor though, so not the father of my Allen W. Johnson. Perhaps an uncle instead. However, it should be pointed out that Allen Johnson was named among his heirs. However, his daughter Alice was married to Allen T. Johnson, so it is almost certain *he* was the Allen Johnson named in the estate records since other sons-in-laws were named instead of their wives.;
