It rises in NW Scotland County and flows southerly, acting as the county line with present day Richmond for some distance, It passes just east of the town of Laurel Hill and continues southerly to the state line crossing into Marlboro Co., SC just east of McColl, then joins Beaverdam Creek to become the Little Pee Dee River.;

Paternal-Whole Blood: Aunt Mary Lowry wife of Thomas Lowry, Aunt Sarah Garrett wife of Thomas Garrett, Aunt Lethe Turner wife of Aaron Turner who has not been heard from for 20 years and is supposed to be dead. Levi Dees supposed to be dead.
