My most recent Moody ancestor is Arabella Moody (c1803-aft 1880) who married Caleb Winfrey ca 1821 in Surry Co., NC. Ara was born Georgia, probably Wilkes or Franklin County. I believe she is a daughter of John Moody and Mary Roberts? of Surry Co., NC.
John Moody's parents are unknown.
